" WATER REPELLENT GLASS TREATMENTS "

STATE OF THE ART NANOTECHNOLOGY:
Our exclusive NanoBionic smart-surface treatment for automotive windscreens and glass. This product uses molecular bonding with the specially treated glass surface to form a nano-scale structure that is repellent to dirt and water.

Chemical engineered nano-particles self assemble into a monolayer (one particle thick) and protect the glass from contaminations and permanent etching stains. Conventional repellent chemicals like Silicone and Teflon and Fluorocarbons are not necessary. These glass treatments do not change the slip resistance of glass and therefore do not create a slippery surface appearance. The bonding is chemical resistant and abrasion resistant. Abrasive cloths, such as steel wool cannot remove this product from treated glass.

Water runs off easily from the treated surface and dirt particles are washed off by rain or when rinsed with water creating an amazing self cleaning effect similar to that of the lotus leaf in nature. This technology is currently being used in the latest range of Volvo and Porsche vehicles and is referred to by them as "self cleaning glass".

WHAT IS NANOTECHNOLOGY?
As a scale comparison, a nano-particle compared to a soccer ball, is the same as the soccer ball compared to the earth. The width of a human hair is approximately 80,000nm (nanometres). One drop of blood contains around 5 million red blood cells; the width of one red blood cell is around 7,000nm... That's small... Nanotechnology is a term used for the science of manipulating and engineering particles and compound in the range of 1-100nm..  Nanotechnology is the domain of ultimate engineering where chemistry, physics and mechanical design converge on a molecular scale.

GLASS TREATMENT OPTIONS:
Windscreen Only  ::  Entire Vehicle Glass  ::  Marine Applications  ::  Shower Screens
::
  Mirrors  ::  Glass Pool Fencing  ::  Glass Balustrades

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?:
A single windscreen treatment will last in excess of 30,000km's. ( more than 100 x better than Rain-X ) Call us for more information.

BIGGER THINGS TO COME FROM NANOTEC-USA:
A full range of new NanoBionic products from Nanotec-USA will be available through Ultra Tint window tinting on the Gold Coast as early as July 2010. These products will include NanoBionic smart-surface treatments for Glass, Ceramics, Fibreglass, Automotive Paint Finishes, Aluminum and Alloy wheels, stainless steel, concrete, sand and stone, plus many others.. Our Nanotec-USA sponsored demonstration vehicle (currently under construction) will showcase and demonstrate all of the NanoBionic automotive surface treatments in everyday, and extreme environments.

John Moore and his team of chemists at Nanotec-USA have already proven the worthiness of their products through sponsorship of teams like Nish Motorsports and their Streamliner land speed car. (Read the testimonial at www.nishmotorsports.com)

Also the SEMA show winning H2 Tank built by ProMotorsports which was treated from top to tail by John and his team just prior to the SEMA event.
