Crystalite is a new product on the Australian market. It’s a great new way
to both restore and customize your headlights as well as adding a 30%
stronger protective coating to your polycarbonate lights. It looks great,
Protects your headlights and is Fully Legal.
Dark Blue, Light Blue, Light green, Pink, Violet, and black. Each of these
colours add a look of style and class to your car. Without depreciating the
value.
How it works:
Crystalite uses the combination of Sol-gel and nanotechnology to apply a
very thin layer over your headlights. It then crystallises leaving you with
a colour tint on your lights that is les susceptible to UV-rays, stone and
sand chips and scratching, Crystalite is 30% stronger than the factory
polycarbonate UV-layer.
Did you Know:
That 95% Of the latest headlights are polycarbonate. And A majority of these
lights will deteriorate within 2 years. As your lights deteriorate the light
emission is reduced by more than 60%. This can be very dangerous especially
during rainy or fogy driving.

What is Crystalite?
Crystalite is a revolutionary product that makes your headlights clear and
glitter like crystal. It uses low temperature Sol-Gel and nanotechnology to
give your headlamps a protective layer.
In the case of sale or a change, Can Crystalite be removed?
Yes, Crystalite can be removed by the installer. Wether it be for the reason
of resale or just a change in looks.
How long does it take to apply?
The entire process will take about an hour on newer cars. And up to 2 hours
for older cars if restoration needs to be done to the lights first. It is
also recommended that the car remains stationary for 2 hours after
application to ensure the product is cured fully.
What type of lights can it be applied too?
It can be applied too both Polycarbonate and Glass headlights.
Can I apply Crystalite on my own?
Unfortunately the ADR laws state that the product must be applied by a
registered and approved installer.
Is there a need to remove the headlights for application?
No. The process can be done whilst the lights are in the vehicle.
